The Impact Officer will be responsible for collecting, managing, and analysing information, data, and stakeholder feedback.
SENAC are looking for someone with the following skills and experience to take on the role of Impact Officer.
· Experience of engaging with service users/clients within the community and voluntary sector or a non-profit organisation to evaluate service experience.
· Experience measuring project impact within the community and voluntary sector or a non-profit organisation.
· Experience in operational management of databases in an employed capacity.
· Excellent quantitative and qualitative data analytical skills.
