ADVICE LINE – 028 9079 5779
Monday – Friday 10am – 1pm
Please do not call the Advice Line whilst driving (including handsfree)
Due to safety concerns, if we believe, or it is confirmed, that a caller is driving, we will not be able to proceed with the call until the caller is in a safe place to speak. Also, to receive the most relevant advice you may need to refer to documentation or take notes whilst on the call. The adviser will take your number and agree a time/day to call you back.
Getting the most from your call to the Advice Line
If you are planning to ring our Advice Line we will want to help you as much as we can. It will therefore be useful for you to have any relevant documents beside you so we can advise you fully. Useful documents might include:
- Your child’s Statement of Special Educational Needs.
- Individual Education Plan (IEP)/ Learning Support Plan (PLP).
- Letters/reports from the EA or your child’s school.
- Reports from other professionals.
However, if you do not have these documents to hand please still contact us for support and we will do our best to help you.
